I can't begin to tell you what an awful weekend I had. My two day nightmare included burnt dough, broken glass, bandages, and sweat. I know most of you won't feel bad for me because I do have the pleasure of calling Hawaii home, but let me tell you a little secret, paradise has been lost. With traffic, exorbitant prices on well, everything, enjoying the beautiful beaches and tropical weather becomes harder and harder to do. So to kickstart a better week, Im starting it off with a chiffon cake. If you aren't familiar with this take of cake it is an extremely soft and bouncy cake. It can be flavored anyway you like. Chiffon absorbs syrups and holds up to almost any filling or cream you can imagine.
